Pfingsten Completes Third Acquisition for Cloud ERP Services Platform

Pfingsten announces its portfolio company, AscendERP Holdings, L.P. (“Ascend”), has acquired WebSan Solutions Inc. (“WebSan”), a provider of AI-enabled ERP, CRM, analytics, and workflow solutions. WebSan supports clients in the Microsoft ecosystem, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Headquartered in Toronto, WebSan provides implementation, support and consulting to leading organizations and has been honored as Microsoft Business Central Global Partner of the Year.

“WebSan’s dedication to customer service, innovation and professionalism, alongside its growth-oriented culture, is a natural fit with Ascend,” said Ron Rand, CEO of Ascend. “This partnership opens exciting opportunities for our platform and deepens our delivery capabilities and IP library.”

“Joining forces with Ascend is about taking everything that makes WebSan great – our people, our culture, and our commitment to our clients – and expanding it,” said Andrew King, Managing Director of WebSan and now Chief Innovation Officer at Ascend. “With our combined strengths, we’re better positioned to deliver smart, scalable solutions that help our clients grow faster and operate more efficiently.”

WebSan is Ascend’s third strategic acquisition under Pfingsten’s ownership. Ascend provides AI-enabled cloud ERP and CRM solutions, including consulting, implementation, customization, service and support for business applications platforms from Microsoft, Sage Group, and Oracle NetSuite. “The WebSan acquisition enhances Ascend’s service offering, diversifies its geographic footprint and adds significant expertise to the combined organization,” said Pat Sturm, Principal at Pfingsten. “WebSan’s deep resources and collaborative approach will add significant value for Ascend.”
