During the eight years that Pfingsten owned the business, Suzo-Happ was a global manufacturer and distributor of cabinets, parts and accessories for the gaming, amusement, vending, and industrial markets. Products included coin hoppers, bill changers and validators, reel mechanisms, coin doors, illuminated push buttons, driving controls, optical guns, trackballs, joysticks, ticket dispensers, LCDs, monitors, touchscreens, power supplies, lighting, and fabricated cabinets. The company sold its products to both OEMs and as replacement parts to equipment owners and operators in over 80 countries throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia. Suzo-Happ is headquartered in Mount Prospect, Illinois, with additional facilities in Nevada, New Jersey, Minnesota, Wisconsin, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Poland, and China. Pfingsten sold its controlling interest in the business in 2012.
