Her operating activities include investment selection, due diligence, company strategy, integration of add-on acquisitions, global sourcing, outsourced services management, continuous improvement, and portfolio company management. Before joining Pfingsten, Jennifer gained extensive senior leadership experience in product and service-focused companies within manufacturing, retail, and wireless telecommunications leading teams and businesses focused on growth.
