Under Pfingsten’s ownership, Norcraft was a national manufacturer of framed and frameless kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for the new construction and remodeling markets. Products included stock (Norcraft™ and Mid-Continent™ brands) and semi-custom (UltraCraft™, StarMark™, Fieldstone™ and Brookwood™ brands) kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The company sold its products to dealers, distributors, contractors and builders and through other channels. Norcraft was headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota, and had additional facilities in Minnesota, Kansas, North Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Arizona, Florida, Colorado and California. Pfingsten sold its interest in the business in October 2003.
