Phil has 20 years’ experience working with entrepreneur and family-owned companies. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities. Phil is Head of the Investment Team and involved in investor relations, sourcing and executing investment opportunities, debt and equity structuring, portfolio company strategy, add-on acquisitions and divestitures.
